Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days. Malolactic fermentation in tanks and two racked before placing in the barrel.
12 months in American oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Of a cherry color with purple, middle layer. Aromas of blueberry and ripe red fruit, elegant and subtle notes of aging in American oak and vanilla. The palate pleasing, harmonious, with ripe tannins and fresh.
