Preparation 6 months in American oak casks and 30 months in barrels of 225 liter French and American oak. Finally 12 months in bottle before going to market. After fermentation remains between 2 and 3 weeks maceration. Once the oak aging is clarified with albumin before bottling.

Elegance from the beginning, toasted aromas suggestive talk about elegant wood, accompanied by fruit, red and black, full of maturity and fineness. In mouthfeel is warm, dense, large overflowing fullness.
