This wine is the result of a selection of white grape plots Lali and The Abejera harvested in one day flower in early October, stemmed and large barrels filled with the skins to macerate for six days, then pressed and the juice is placed in French oak barrels with wheels on sleepers to a day until just batonage fermentation. During the winter the mother continues to work until eleven months after bottling.
