Fermentation was carried out between 29 º -32 º in stainless steel tank of 1500 ltrs. With four daily pumping. After the alcoholic fermentation, maceration with the skins lasted for 22 days.
Once malolactic fermentation the wine stayed in French oak barrels where it remained three different coopers 16 months. Subsequently, after a period of rest, we proceeded to bottling.
Consumption: 18 ° C.
Recommended: Roasted Castilian, grilled meat.
VISTA: Cherry red with violet tones.
Nose: Elegant, with many subtle nuances, fruity base notes of spices, fine wood (cedar), toast (lightly roasted coffee), minerals (coal) and balsamic touch.
TASTE: The wine is very well organized on the palate, medium body and good acidity, noble tannins, powerful flavors without points, balanced, velvety, spacious and elegant aromas, with hints of fruit and well-coordinated and fine breeding, long spicy persistence and a dominant ripe fruit. Very suggestive.
