Wine of the land of Extremadura
Variety: Gra-SYRAH-PETIT-TEMPRANILLO VERDOT

Aging: 14 months in new French oak Allier, with raisings on lees.
Analysis: alcoholic 14.5 total acidity: 5.03 g / l, pH 3.61, reducing sugars 1.9 g / l.
The development begins with the selection of the best strains in our payments. The harvest takes place at night in boxes of 15 kg in the cellar is a second manual selection of clusters, stripping and pre-fermentation maceration in cold (5 to 7 ° C for 7 to 10 days). Alcoholic fermentation between 14-18 ° C and 5-6 delestage daily during fermentation. The wine is devatted in new French oak barrels of 500 liters Allier. For 14 months is on its own lees aging and in constant motion by rotating media.
Violet and mauve tones denote a touch of youth, color intensity, a personal touch of seriousness and characteristic of our winery.
The main flavors that we detect are a mixture of nuts, vanilla, aniseed, tiramisu and mocha aromas but also appear to dark plums, blackberries, roasted with some balsamic and spicy.
